IKA at the Subang branch provided outstanding service during a stressful time. She arranged for an oxygen tank to be delivered from another branch directly to the hospital without delay. When we encountered an issue with the oxygen tank, she quickly organized someone to fix it. Her prompt response, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference. Staff attended to me is very helpful
It was actually for my wife who is less than 5 feet tall and who has had Alzheimer’s for almost 12 years. She had a fall in the house last September and had surgery for a hip fracture. Though the fracture has healed she has difficulty walking and that was why I thought a wheelchair like yours that seemed comfortable and suitable was purchased for her.
However she has not taken well to it and seems to be slanting to one side constantly.
We have therefore ceased the use of the wheelchair for her. I suppose it was my error of judgment.
The ointments I bought from iElder help my mum in reducing the pain she experienced.
The Deluxe Walking Stick is well-designed and hence easy to use and provides much-needed stability to the user. It is also very convenient because it stands on its own and can thus be made easily accessible. More importantly, it's reasonably priced and therefore affordable.

Up to a point, I was quiet impressed on your delivery services. As I called and enquired with the sales person about the estimate day of my arrival of purchases which I received a replied saying that the products reached my home on Saturday of the week or early of next week. However, the products had arrived on the exact day which had out of my expectation. But, I would like to have a little bit comment on your packaging. You guys had stuff in a thicker bubble pieces of one box, does that mean another box will not need any protections?
