Act+Fast Anti Choking Trainer for kids with optional back slap pad Yellow

Made of lightweight neoprene, the Act+Fast Children's Trainer has adjustable waist and shoulder straps. The velcro straps allow quick and easy switching between users. The children trainer comes with an attachable back slap pad that allows students to practice back blows.

How It Works:

1. Pull the vest on, cinch the wasit belt and drop a foam plug into the airway
   
2. Place your hands in the correct position, between the navel and ribcage
   
3. Deliver a quick, upward Abdominal Thrust Maneuver (Heimlich) or practice of back blows by attaching the back slap pad.
   
4. The Act+Fast Children's trainer can be used standing, sitting or lyding down. It can be worn by students or placed on a manikin.
   
5. CAUTION: Do not use force, it is not necessary and may cause injury

Tips for using the Anti Choking Trainer:

• To customize the level of ease for your students’ needs, the foam plugs can be rolled in your fingertips to soften, or trimmed to shorten. Either method will allow the foam plug to be expelled more easily if needed.
  
• Make sure students cinch both the shoulder straps and the waist straps so the Trainer fits properly.
  
• Make sure to load the airway with a single foam plug.
  
• Remember to be in the classroom at all times during this exercise to monitor student progress.
  
• Remind students that correct technique does NOT require a lot of force.
