iElder Women's Washable Incontinence Underwear – 300ml | Kawamoto

Your plans. Your comfort. Your confidence.

A lunch with friends, a family outing or a journey to somewhere new. Bladder leaks should not define the moments you enjoy. For older women who feel hesitant about wearing adult diapers, washable absorbent underwear offers a more familiar option when its fit and protection suit their needs.

Keep the routine of getting dressed in underwear, with added support for bladder leaks. It is about having a choice that respects your comfort, dignity and personal preferences.

A little reassurance for life beyond home

• Everyday outings: A familiar underwear style for shopping, visiting loved ones or meeting friends.
• Travel and longer days: Added absorbency for your care routine. Plan regular toilet breaks and carry a spare pair when needed.
• Overnight care: An option to consider when its absorbency matches your needs, with changes as required.
• For caring families: If a loved one is reluctant to wear diapers, offer a choice without pressure. Start with what feels comfortable and acceptable to them.

Absorbent underwear does not replace toilet visits or guarantee all-day or overnight protection. Choose according to individual leakage levels, fit and care needs.

Feel more like yourself with the familiar look of underwear and added support for bladder leaks. iElder women's washable incontinence underwear offers a stated absorbency of 300cc (300ml), with an integrated absorbent layer and raised side barriers for everyday and overnight care.

Comfort, confidence and reusable protection

• 300ml absorbency: The supplier's stated capacity provides an option for women who need higher-absorbency underwear.
• Honeycomb absorbent layer: Designed to absorb moisture quickly and help reduce wet-back against the skin.
• Raised side barriers: Approximately 5cm-high leak guards help reduce side leakage when changing position or lying on your side.
• Breathable, water-repellent outer fabric: Designed to balance leak protection with wearing comfort.
• Wash and wear again: Machine-washable and reusable for ongoing bladder-care routines.
• Made in Japan: A pull-on design with the appearance of regular underwear.

Who is it for?

Designed for women managing bladder leakage, including older adults and those with reduced mobility. It may suit women looking for a reusable option with a more familiar underwear feel. Select protection to suit the wearer's leakage level and care needs; absorbency is not a guarantee of leak-free wear.
